The British Rowing Indoor Championships was held at the NEC, Birmingham as part of FitFest for the second year running. With 51 British Champion titles to be won, more than 1,800 athletes raced across 178 categories. Minerva’s Josh Knight was competing…

“It was my second visit to BRIC,” says Josh. “I went last year and won the under 23’s with a time of 5:58.1, so it was great being back to compete in the senior category against the GB rowing team, and in particular Matt Haywood and Callum Dixon, both Paris Olympians.

And I managed to win with a time of 5:47.6.
